Pastor Tim began serving as our pastor in July 2024. He is a second-career pastor with 40 years of experience in IT. Georgia may have been his birth state, but he has called North Carolina home since 1997. He and his wife, Missy, were married in 2020 during the pandemic. Golf, Duke basketball and football, photography, biking, and running are among the things Tim enjoys.
Tim will graduate from Duke Divinity School with a Master of Divinity degree in May 2026. After graduation, he will take the next steps in becoming an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. But first, he has to take his wife on a long-overdue vacation.
